Lemon juice alone is very efficient. Just apply on spots every second day. It’s very strong and may not suit sensitive or damaged skin. So, depending on your need you can also try to add something else to it.

Castor Oil (buy it from amazon.com) – Clean you face beforehand and massage castor oil for 5 minutes. Leave it for 20 minutes and then again massage for 5 minutes before removing it with a wet cotton ball. Do it twice a day.
Sweet Almond Oil (buy it from amazon.com) – It is rich in vitamin E and anti-oxidants. Using it regularly will not only get rid of spots but also nourish your skin.
Olive Oil (buy it from amazon.com) – Apply it on the clean face, leave it for 20 minutes and wash off with wet cotton ball later.

Pineapple Juice – Make a fresh pineapple juice, rub it lightly on the face and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse off with water. Do it twice daily.
Grapes and Apple – Smash an apple and add grapes in it. Massage it on the face, leave for 10 minutes and wash it off. Do it daily.
Spices not only make our food delicious but it’s helpful for both health and skin. Not just by consuming them, but by applying them externally we can get good results! Some spices you can also use to reduce the discoloration, scars, or marks of the zits.

Honey compliments all skin types and nourishes your skin health. It is also effective for acne prone skin. It has almost no bad or side effects. Add gram flour and honey with milk cream. Add a bit of lime juice in it. Make a constant paste and apply on face. Make it a bit thick coat. Let it dry nicely. Use lukewarm water to rinse off.
Raw milk is very mild on skin suiting every type sensitive, oily, dry. Just dip a cotton ball and apply raw milk directly on spots. Do it every day for a quick result. Or you can add Saffron; let it soak in the refrigerator overnight. Crush it well before applying. When it dries, wash off with water.
Soak washed red lentils in raw milk overnight, grind it and rub the grainy paste on face. Leave for 20 minutes and then scrub off with wet hand later. Use lukewarm water to clean. Do it after every fortnight.
Beat an egg white nicely and apply directly on the pimple spots. Leave it for 2 minutes. When it dries, apply another coat and let it dry again. Repeat this 3-4 times. Peel or rub off and later wash off with water. Do it twice a day.
Sandalwood (buy it from amazon.com)
Mix 2 tablespoons of sandalwood powder with rose water to make a runny paste, and then apply on the acne scars. Only wash it off when the paste completely dries. Or you can grind a piece of sandalwood with water and apply on the spots.
This is a very fast way to remove scars from pimples. Just put a bit of your regular toothpaste on the spots. Let it dry for a few moments and rinse off. Though it works nicely and fast but using toothpaste isn’t really a good idea. As it causes irritation to the skin and its chemical contents can harm your delicate skin tissue. So, use it only when you don’t have enough time to cure spots. Like before a wedding or a big event. Don’t forget to nourish your face well later.
Everyone has their own skin type. Not every skin reacts same to certain products nor does all oily skin get oilier using an oil treatment.
